I have installed my native sdk and have also installed vmware and have ordered the signing keys and went on QNX IDE > Windows > Preference and signed the keys and also insert the IP address of the VMware and when I try RUN AS one of the samples and the issue I am having is that it is not finding that target simulator as it keeps asking me of the target. I ping the IP address of simulator of my host machine and it worked.
Is there a way to get the target address populated in target section when I run it because issue seems with all setup I did, I am still not connected

You might wish to go to Window->Show View->Target Navigator and make sure your Simulator is listed there. Right click and Connect. This way you can test connectivity without running any application.
