On page destroy...?

[ Edited ]

Hi, this might be a stupid question but in qml, how do we know when the page is being destroyed?

For example, by using peek, user can navigate back to the previous page but upon doing that, I would like to change some settings. Can this "destroying" process be detected?

Edit: perhaps there is a trigger for "being exposed" on previous screen?

Re: On page destroy...?

okay, after reading some docs and keeping it in the back burner, i realized that page object was parameter, not the actual page id (as observed in almost every doc about navigationPane)...

Simply calling:

onPopTransitionEnded: { page.destroy(); }

 will destroy the page everytime throughout the app...
