PCM Audio Streaming

I am having issues with streaming audio from a remote server. The sound is very choppy. How do I set up a buffer to allow the queue to fill for a few seconds before starting playback using the PCM audio API? I have tried setting the max_frags and min_frags parameters, but the data is still very choppy and it doesn't look like the data is waiting until the min_frags fills.

Thank-you.

Would you please send a bit more details? Since it seems to be a very specific one, if you could kindly boil down your code to a snippet I'd be very happy to try to help you to figure out why this is happening and how to fix it.

If you prefer, feel free to contact me via PM.
