I want to package multiple executables in one bar file. Basically I want my main app to be able to modify the environment a little and then execute the actual main app. Unfortunately, binaries I package into my bar file are not chmod'd executable, so they cannot be run. Any way around this?

This is not currently possible each bar file has to be individually signed.
Solutions offered previously to similar questions...
1) Merge the other bars in to your code.
2) Change the other bar files to Libraries and link to main bar.
3) Use the In-app purchase mechanism to enable the different bar files functionality (will still need to use 1) or 2))
4) Seperately offer each bar file as its own app, using invocation to launch and communicate between the two if necessary.

Thanks for the reply first of all.
Just a clarification, if i have diffrerent executables can I convert them to a single .bar and have the controle of invokatoin of a particular binary by other because some binaries have to run a demon and others and to use them.

Only in the ways I mentioned above, in this case I think possibly you'd be better off looking at headless for your daemon, assuming this is running on the device...
