Perfect Example:
http://www.opm.gov/xml/operatingstatus.xml
does NOT parse

http://www.opm.gov/xml/operatingstatushistory.xml
does parse

Yes I am aware the root of the second is "ArrayOfCurrentStatus" and this does not appear on the first, But on the first, why can I not use "CurrentStatus" as the root?
