Problem about bb::cascades::WebView

Hello,

I'm trying the new cascade UI framework these days and mentioned there's a WebView class which function is to show web page. (http://beta.webapps.blackberry.com/developer/cascades/reference/bb__cascades__webview.html)

But when I decided to use it, I found that RIM has not tell me about which header file is needed for this class.

As the WebView class is inherited from bb::cascades::Control class, I searched in my NDK install folder: target/target-override/usr/include/bb/cascades/controls, in this folder I found the header files corresponding to most classes inherited from bb::cascades::Control, e.g.: button, checkbox, customcontrol, etc. but there's no webview.h file. So I don't know which header file contains the definition of the WebView class.

I then tried to add a WebView in QML, but when application runs, an error message is generated: "WebView is not a type".

So it seems the WebView class is not implemented yet?

Cascades is in closed beta. This is a public forum, so even those of us with access to the beta can't discuss it here due to NDA.

You'd probably best use a beta forum, or ask your dev relations contact at RIM.
