Re: Problem with imageSource coming from appdata directory on dev alpha c

Thanks!

That image still works for me, still same OS and Dev Alpha C. My code ends up looking like this:

imageSource: "/accounts/1000/appdata/com.example.HelloCascades.testDev_lloCascades1bc498e0/data/refresh.png"

Re: Problem with imageSource coming from appdata directory on dev alpha c

Would you be able to provide a sample app that reproduces this issue (downloads the image then tries todiplay it)? It would help us do an exact 1:1 comparison.

I can't repro, so would need a sample app to investigate further

The OS 10.1 automatically inserts "asset://" at the beginning of the URL if we don't specify the "file://" prefix. That's why is never finds out that resource within assets folder. This happens to MediaPlayer as well.

Hope it's gonna be fixed.

Clarification with a sample would help ensure this gets logged internally Smiley Happy

Re: Problem with imageSource coming from appdata directory on dev alpha c

Hi Garette, do I need to create a project or just sample code?

Let me know.

A project would be ideal, helps remove variables.
