Hello, I am new to BlackBerry development, I have downloaded Blackberry 10 Simulator, it seems it is suitable to be run in Qt? or I am wrong? I was thinking to use Eclipse for Blackberry development, do you think it is not suitable for it? Thank you.

Download Native SDK here:
It includes QNX Momentics IDE which is based on Eclipse and has everything needed for BB10 development.
For native UI you'll need Cascades which is a part of SDK. It extends Qt with BB10-specific components.

on that link I actually clicked the "Cascades" button and then downloaded the NativeSDK which I also installed. I plan to develop using C++. I was expecting Eclipse but as you say Momentics IDE is basically the same right?

It's based on Eclipse so it should be familiar if you were using Eclipse.
It has BB10 specific features as well.
On MacOS you'll need VMWare Fusion to run the simulator. On Windows there's VMWare Player.
