Just to inform the public that I have found the cause of the problem; if was different swap buffer preservation policy (EGL_SWAP_BEHAVIOR) on Adreno chips.
I had to insert something like:
eglSurfaceAttrib(display, surface, EGL_SWAP_BEHAVIOR, EGL_BUFFER_PRESERVED);
