ScrollView inside of horizontal ListView

after updating to firmware version 10.1.0.X we have some issues with one of our pages. We display a bunch of news articles inside a vertical ListView. You can swipe left/right to change the article. Each article itself needs to be scrolled, hence each article is contained inside a ScrollView. So we end up having a ListItemComponent containing a vertical ScrollView.

The problem is now, while scrolling inside the SrollView (scroll the article down or up), just a little x-movement is enough to activate the ListView and change the article. Using the thumb to scroll makes it really hard to not switch the list item when scrolling fast. The flip mode is already set to FlickMode.SingleItem.

Before updating our DevAlphaB to 10.1 we did not see this problem there. The Q10 behaves the same way.

Does anyone have a suggestion how we can handle this correctly without renewing the entire page?

Thanks in advance.
