Send Notification to Hub without LED

Hi @all,

is it possible to send a notification to the BlackBerry Hub and prevent the LED from flashing?

Also, is there a way to make the notification stay "at the top" of the Hub?

Many thanks for your help in advance!

Peter

Re: Send Notification to Hub without LED

As for my experience, I don't think is possible. But to be honest, I haven't really looked very thoroughly, so could be that I missed it.

Ah, that means that is probably possible to this yourself too, but I have no idea how this is done then.

Re: Send Notification to Hub without LED

Actually after you installed your app you can configure the Notification for your app in the Settings->notification->Other applications screen. Edit yoru app and turn off Led.

the user will have to do this.  you can't programmatically turn off the led.

Re: Send Notification to Hub without LED

I think that if the app mentioned by Confusingconfused can do it, it should be possible to do it in your own app. I would also think this is impossible, and I haven't tested the app myself to test it out.
