Re: TitleBar as a DropDown

You would build that as a custom control, not try to use the TitleBar component for it. You'd have to analyze how that control worked, as in what inputs it responds to and what behaviors you want it to have, including animations. Then implement all that... I don't believe there's any built-in control that does that for you, at least yet.

Re: TitleBar as a DropDown

This is standard for issues that aren't marked as public. Unfortunately, new users should (after logging in) go to their profile (a dropdown under the user name near upper right) and find, somewhere near the bottom of the page, a mysteriously near-hidden link titled "Configure Reporter Issue Preferences" and click it.

On the resulting page, change the setting "Public Visibility by Default" to Yes.

Also make sure when you are submitting an issue that you haven't checked the "Confidential" checkbox.

I'll request that this new one be made public...

Re: TitleBar as a DropDown

Oh, as a followup, I forgot that this Jira "public by default" stuff was documented a while back: http://devblog.blackberry.com/2012/03/issue-tracker-update/

MSohm at RIM has made https://www.blackberry.com/jira/browse/BBTEN-393 public so anyone who wants to can now read it and vote on it.
