Usage of sample apps in proprietary commercial applications

Hi,

I see that there are a lot of useful examples for Cascades Development at https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/sampleapps/ and some classes in those samples can be fully reused in my application (like ImageLoader, Repeater, etc). These samples are distributed under Apache 2.0 license - can anyone please confirm that I'm able to reuse code from those examples in my proprietary non-open-source application? What are the additional actions/restrictions required from me if I reuse such examples code? Thanks

Re: Usage of sample apps in proprietary commercial applications

This post on stackoverflow discusses this:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1007338/can-i-use-a-library-under-the-apache-software-license-2-0...

In short: it can be used in commercial applications, but include a copy of Apache license in your distribution and display a copy of copyright notice somewhere in your program, for example on about screen.
