Using triggered events for sounds

I have a page containing a list view with 5 list view items 'Cat', 'Dog', 'Elephant', 'Giraffe' and 'Monkey'. Each animal/list view item has it's own sound and so I'd like to know how can I achieve the following:

1) Play a sound when one of the listvieew items is pressed

2) E.G. Whilst the sound of the elephant is playing, if the user taps the list view item for dog, I want the elephant sound to stop and the dog sound to play.

3) Give users the option to set a sound as ringtone or message alert when they tap and hold on one of the list view items. I want to achieve that through the use of a dialog with 2 buttons ('Set as Ringtone' and 'Set as Text alert').

All help would be very much appreciated

Many thanks
