Visual Basic : Get BB10 Pin and IP When Connected to PC

Heyy,

I'm Creating a Visual Basic App, and I want it to Get The BB Pin and the IP of The Development Mode

And I Know it is Possible To Make This In Visual Basic and BB10

Because There's an app Called "DDPB" this app connects to the BB10 and get the Pin, IP and Version.

and This DDPB is Created By Visual Basic But Still I Couldn't Figure Out How But If BlackBerry Device Manager is Not Installed On The PC The DDPB app doesn't work ana ask for installing it so I think it's something about visual basic and Blackberry Device Manager.

If Anyone Knows How to Do What I'm Asking For Please Tell me even if it is a Different Way From DDPB's One.

Dont know exactly, but you could try reverse engineering way. Install some usb port logger (google it, you will find free ones), plug your BB10 device to USB port, run DDPB and try to analyze data. Then in your VB program, replicate that. Not easy, but it could be done probably this way.

This is not exactly supported, so there likey isn't going to be an easy way to do it.

DTM is required because it includes some drivers that enable the device and computer to communicate properly over USB.
