When I open bar-descriptor.xml,it just show the content of the xml file.
It should display "Problems" and "Related Settings and Actions" sections.But now it just show the following content:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="no"?>

Try creating a new project (which will create a new bar-descriptor.xml file) and transferring your src code to it. It'll work, and it's what I would do since I don't know how to rebuild the bar-descriptor after it's been moved/deleted/corrupted. There is a way to create an empty one, but I don't know how to automatically populate it.
