application without ui

hi blackberrians,

 

I want to make a application without user interface, Is that possible with new gold sdk release?

no, background processes will come some time after launch, they are not available yet.
you can use system listeners to let your application be started by events like push etc

hi simon, thanks for the reply,
If i use push to let my application be started. Can u tell me if i use a push notification to awake my application, then when next push required or how much frequently application need? and one more thing in that case UI will shown to user or not even in thumbnail?
