I also faced the same issue. It work till yesterday but do not know what happen now it not work and give me this error so i am not able to work on BB10.

If you have changed the username to be more "IDE Friendly" I would suggest a complete reinstall of the program. I had a problem with a space in my username that was fixed with a complete uninstall and reinstall.
