is there a "how to" for the Blackberry Tablet OS Example?

Hello team

is there an easy "how to" for the Blackberry Tablet OS Examples?

I would like to explore the examples provided before investing time in the development.

The IDE and the given examples doesn't seems to be easy to use

I already spend one hour to figure how connect the tablet to the IDE, now, I would like to deploy / try the sample on my own tablet.

Not sure what I am doing, I am been ask time to time for a token (what is that ?)

then a certificate  and some RIM signing authority....(Why I just want to try  something, not publish my app  on the blackberry App store)

Thank you

I think information here http://developer.blackberry.com/native/documentation/bb10/getting_started.html can answer many of your questions and will let you get started.
