ppsObject where to find error message meaning

I'm trying to get push working within an app and I'm getting the following error

 

Failed to read Locale pps, errno=240

 I'm thinking this is triggered from the BlackBerry libraries failing for some reason here

 

I can see that the error number is an attribute of ppsObject is there some documentation that lists more information based on the error number?
