reading files from appdata showing permission denied

hi,

i am trying to read /accounts/1000/appdata directory but it is showing permission denied we cannot read app contents from this directory

QDir dire("/accounts/1000/appdata");
qDebug()<<"readable"<<dire.isReadable();

No you don't have permission.

 

You can use Momentics, QNX System Informaiton, Target File System Navigator to see what permissions have been set and to which Owner.

No, you can't access this folder in your code.

 

You can only access your own app's folder.

 

for example  : accounts/1000/appdata/com.you.app/

 

I tried to scan the accounts/1000/appdata/  folder in order to get all installed apps list but failed ... orz
