slog2info could not output log

I usually used slog2info to ssh to the real device to trace the log without any problem one week ago.But since this week, even the real device is connected, when I use slog2info -w, there is no log to output but it can out put log from simulator. Does someone know how to fix this issue? Thank you

Re: slog2info could not output log

A couple of us have seen similar conditions, but I believe in each case one or even two reboots seemed to clear up the problem.

I may also have done a "hard reset", though I don't believe that makes any difference relative to a power off/on cycle. If you want to try it, that's accomplished by holding down the power button for 10s solid, ignoring LEDs and screen response during that time. I think on the Dev Alpha it resets itself, whereas on the Z10 it just powers off, but either way it's going to be a "clean" startup the next time.

Re: slog2info could not output log

Thank you so much, the issue is fixed by your suggestion "hard reset". I tried power off/on no works but hard reset does work. lol
