using ffmpeg options

Hi,

I have been learning how to compile and use latest snapshot of ffmpeg and libmp3lame on Blackberry 10 and have manged to do so.

I want to join audio and video from other files into 1 video file but it's proving very difficult even after reading all the samples available (and i mean all!).

My question is this - Am I right in thinking the only way of using ffmpeg with BB 10 is through theavcodec.so, avformat.so, etc. files? I would like to be able to call ffmpeg using command line style calls as there is a lot of information doing it this way and maybe I might reach my goal this way.

Or is there any way of using ffmpeg.c and the other c files included in the root directory of ffmpeg? I tried pasting them and the headers but I get a lot of c related errors.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
