In IDE, I registered my two .csj files on the ubuntu and try to back up signing key according to the link:
But I could not find files: sigtool.csk and sigtool.db; how to generate these two files?

No. I did global search, files not generated. Are the files generated by Windows/Preferences/Blackberry/Signing/Register in IDE menu?
I got barsigner.csk ans barsinger.db under .vim directory. From link I posted, these two files for playbook only?

They should be in ~/.rim. All locations are listed here:

The csj files are for BlackBerry PlayBook OS and BlackBerry 10.
Our development tools for BlackBerry OS 7 and lower do not support Linux or native C/C++ development.
What are you targeting?

Then you should be fine with these keys.
