where can I find the official app-dev roadmap ?

in my option, if some app goes official, like GR-CODE reader , then other developers should avoid inventing the same wheels. I've developed a password keeper app, which is exactly the same with the official one, so I removed my half-completed app , because I know BlackBerry team can program it better. so, is there any BlackBerry Team Develop Roadmap or something that indicates the apps You're currently under development, when other developers can save their time for some other things? Thanks.

BB doesn't publish such info.
