The IAPs for this app are still not working.
On a related note, 2 of our other apps are in the store and can not be downloaded.
The appid for the first is: 26014887
Below is a screenshot which happens when we try and download the app:
The phone was connected to the internet at the time. There are no network problems.
The second app was approved weeks ago and has the same error when trying to download it from the store. The appid for this app is: 26379878
It seems like something has gone really wrong with our account. Please look into these errors ASAP.

Thanks for the update. The download errors could be a result of taking your user out of the sandbox, as a result you would not have transaction records for owning those apps. This is likely nothing to be worried about but please let us know if any users report the same issue.
We are continuing to work on the original issue internally.

Any updates on the testing of the original issue?
We tried testing it ourselves last night but with no success.
We still have no purchases recorded.

Investigations are ongoing, this issue is very isolated.
In tandem, one testing step you could take would be to post a new build and digital goods with new SKUs. This is not guaranteed to fix the issue but could be a workaround to get you up and running. If you'd like to test this out please add the new digital goods and app build to your portal, send them for review then send me a PM.

Our app already has a wide userbase and we are well ranked for our chosen keywords. As a result, we do not want to add a new app via the portal because then we will lose our user base and ranking in the app world.
We will only add a new app as a last resort.
Please continue trying to locate the problem and let us know if/when there are any updates.

To clarify, the suggestion was to add a new build or version of the app to the existing portal. As nobody has been able to mkake a purchase using this app, as you have stated I believe, changing the SKU reference in the app should not pose any issue to existing users either.

As per your suggestion, I added 4 new virtual goods and uploaded a new version to the store (1.4) which uses the new virtual goods.

I have submitted the app and the virtual goods for review so they can be approved for release.
I tested all the IAPs in the sandbox mode and everything seems to be working.

I just received confirmation that purchases are now working as expected when tested by our BlackBerry World team. Can you confirm the same on your end?
It sounds like the version you updated Thursday (220.127.116.11) was what did the trick.
