What language are you using to code? Your question falls outside the "Payment Service" but I can redirect you to the appropriate board to get your question answered.

What type of payment are you trying to do?

Generally when people talk NFC payment - they mean card emulation, where the Secure Element on the UICC behaves as the secure element on a physical payment card.

If you're making a custom solution - you could use any of the available technologies.

You can fine more about card emulation here;http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/NFC-Article-and-Code-Index/ta-p/1538775
