Hello world

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I am a wanna-be dev!  No idea what I am doing yet, and already stuck on my copy/paste xml file via WW1.0!  - go figure!

I just wanted to say helllooo, and I hope I can figure out the basics and build an app or two!

I can seem to figure out WW2.0's SDK, i keep getting invalid paths no matter I try. So WW1.0 will have to work for simplistic sake.  If anyone here could recommend a thread or two you think would be useful to a clueless n00b- you would be awesome!

Following this https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/v1_0/creating_hello_world.html  - according to ripple its my.xml file

ty!

I have no idea what I am doing, any help is always welcomed.

Re: Hello world

Why are you not trying to develop in Cascades, maybe just using qml and javascript?

Re: Hello world

Hello!

Well mostly because I have no idea how to use any of those!

Ive taken a step back recently, and am trying to understand JS a little bit better before I take another swipe at this.  Its so overwhelming at times.

I have no idea what I am doing, any help is always welcomed.

Re: Hello world

A good place to start would be the recent book released...
