We have a problem where one of our customers can not install the latest version of our application.
- device: BB Z10
- currently he has app Version 1.9 of MobileDecision App
- latest app Version is 1.9.1 (contains a necessary bugfix)
- when he uninstalls v1.9 and installs the app again from BB World he receives 1.9 again
We could not reproduce this on other devices, but maybe only because thos devices already had the latest version installed. Is there anything there needs to be done to reinstall the latest version? Or should he see an update for the app and use that instead?

This is what we are going to recommend to our customer
Still I wanted to ask if this behavior is known to others, and if this is considered normal. Normally, when I recommend a to uninstall the previous version, and install the app again, I would expect that the latest version is installed afterwards.
I will post an update if the update worked.

Well, I can not tell whether the customer eventually solved it or it was the right version installed from the beginning on, but once we talked over the phone he already had the correct app version.
