we have the BB application that has been in use for some time and suddenly since last week, the users are getting 909 error when they are trying to install the application
What can we do to fix this? I believe it is related to some certificate, can we just renew the certificate, how do we do that?

Can you provide the full error message along with what is shown on the details screen? What BlackBerry Smartphone model and BlackBerry device software version are you testing on? You can find this under Options, About on the BlackBerry Smartphone.
