I created a simple project and tried to export release build, I get error but there is no any explanation about it. Only this message appears : Error : null
But when I unchecked "Enable Digital Signing" option at the last step. I don't get any error. Is it problem for applicaition deployment?

Which SDK are you using? I believe the "Error: null" was present in an older version of the BlackBerry Native SDK, which has been fixed.

I'm using Blackberry 10 Native SDK 10.0.10.738 also tried 10.1.0.1020 but the same error occurs again. I created a new empty cascade project and didn't change anything, I can run it on Dev Alpha without problem but when I tried to export release getting null error like screenshot.

The Error Null indicates that the BlackBerry Native SDK isn't correctly picking up the error from signing. Please reproduce the steps to trigger it, then go to Help menu -> Report a Bug and submit a bug report. I can then get the development team to see why the error isn't being picked up.
We need to find the real error to see what to fix. For that, export a release build but uncheck Enable Digital Signing. This will produce an unsigned bar file. Then run the following command from a command prompt.
blackberry-signer -storepass your_password your_bar_file.bar
blackberry.signer.bat is located in the Native_SDK_Install_Dir\host_10_1_0_132\win32\x
Run that and post the error you see.

I tired to export on my personel computer, I didn't get any error but when I tried to export with my work computer I couldn't. Problem may be proxy server? Because there is proxy server at work. We completed "Configure app signing through a proxy server in the IDE" steps.

The proxy could be causing issues. Try the command line method and post the error you see. If you do need to go through the proxy, you can also add in the proxy parameters to that command line.
-proxyhost <host> - proxy host
-proxyport <port> - port number for connecting to the proxy host
-proxyusername <username> - username for the proxy host (optional)
-proxypassword <password> - password for the proxy host (optional)

Ok thanks I will try it but I have a question about proxy. Could you give us your signing IP that when I want to export my project it tries to connect your server(or cloud)? If you could, we can give authority for this IP on our proxy server.

When signing, an HTTP connection is made to www.rim.net on port 80.
