Hi Good Day!
I'm currently 4th year College student with a subject of SE 4 that study to create an application in blackberry. I'm dome making my own application and I test it with the Blackberry simulator and it works 100% but when I installed it to a real Blackberry phone it will be installed and the application was there but it cant be opened. Can someone help me please?

There's a small possibility it's related to this BB10 problem,
Try uninstalling and installing again to check.
Sorry, if you are developing for the Bold please ignore the above.

I've been uninstalling it and install it again for 6 times already. Btw, I'm trying to install it in BB Curve 9220. It says I need to Sign a RIM sign code key (RRT). Im searching for a way to get RIM sign code key but it needs credit card and I dont have credit card because im currently a college student. Any suggestions guys, I really need to run this project or else i will fail :-(
it works 100% in BB simulator.

The issue above only applies to BlackBerry 10.
Your application needs to be signed before you can run it on a real device. First order code signing keys here: BlackBerry Code Signing Key Order Form
Information on code signing can be found here: Code Signing Help

Thank you for your quick reply but I am currently a college student and I don't have credit card yet so I cannot purchase it. BTW, this is only for my Final Exam project that needs to install it on a BB phone. Any other option to do without purchasing it?

There is no cost associated with getting signing keys.
As far as I know you should not be being asked for any credit card details, however it was a long time ago that I requested mine.
In fact there are no up-front fees associated with developing apps for BlackBerry at all at present (except BES) so fill in the form, wait for your keys, sign your app and pass that grade.
If later on you wish to publish that app then there are no fees associated with that either,
