I wanted to share an issue I run into several times now with the BB10 Dev Alpha. After I disconnected the device and the battery was drained by night I wasn't able to restart the device, also not after pluged in to load the battery. I need to repair the device using the Desktop Software. The bad thing is, all the apps and testimonials got deleted after that, so I need to deploy all the stuff again.
As explained above I run into this issue 4-5 times now and it seem to be part of every update provided so far for the BB10 Dev Alpha.
Hope you can prevent run into the same issue now!!

This is so weird, I haven't had a problem up till now. Although I haven't used the dev alpha last few days, been focusing on my Curve. Today however I'm having this problem. BB desktop wants to do repair and the blinking red LED is suggesting the battery's flat.
Funny thing is this is not the only thread in the last 24 hours! Could it be a bug in the OS that just time bombed? I really don't want to do another repair it takes so looooooonng and costs me over 1GB everytime.

I worked with the Dev Alpha about a month now and got this issue more than ones, down from using the first installed OS version 10.0.4.xx up to the latest one. Every time the battery is completely drained I need to repair!

Well its weird for me because I generally dont let the battery go flat BUT in the past when it has it did struggle to boot up but leaving it on charge with the USB it eventually just booted on its own. This time though it's not.
Going to have to do a repair.

Turn off device when not using it.
And waiting a half day until it has rebooted?
