Does anyone know if the Dev Alpha C's are eligible for the trade in program for the limited edition device?

I do not quite get it. it states that the offer will run from December 1, 2012 through February 5, 2013. Does it mean that RIM will start shipping Dev Alpha C on December 1st or that developers could sing up for that offer from Dec 1? That form is available right now, but I am not sure that Dev Alphas will be shipped tomorrow.
And is there any place where I could check how many of those points do I have?

And did you receive confirmation email after registering?
