I am currently trying to submit a deployable package for testing to my clients who are waiting to test the application, and I have been getting stuck with this. When packaging and signing, the progress indicator got stuck at 99% and the popup "Signature Tool" window says "Receiving Response" on all the signing required, and doesn't get anywhere.
I decided to try with the simple "HelloBlackBerry" application (you know, "Hello World" kind), and it doesn't work either. Note that it had been working until I think last night. Is there something going on with the BB Signing Server?
Urgent response appreciated as my clients are waiting on the other end.
Thank you so much in advance.

What are you using to package and sign? Ripple beta? ripple standalone?
What OS are you running? Windows? Linux?
What device are you packaging for?

It's Java. Eclipse BlackBerry Java Plug-in. BlackBerry API 5. Windows XP, packaging for 8520 (but does the last one matter?). Not worrying about it now, though. Another machine was able to package and sign, so I was saved, and the package was delivered to the client. But it still doesn't work on my PC the last time I tested.
But the project is done, and I think this will be my last BlackBerry project. Honestly, it has been a real pain, and we have decided to stop accepting BB development project for good.
Thanks anyway, The_Anomaly.
P.S. Since this topic is not really solved. Do you know what I should do?

Just asked all the questions to determine how to resolve what's going wrong.
The new ripple uses a dos like interface to dump messages and doesn't report all errors to the user. I have found the graphical aid tool super useful for deploying, and signing apps etc... It gives descriptive errors and is not well known by others it seems. You could consider using it in conjunction with Eclipse.
None of that matters anyway because you're using java and Eclipse. I suppose you could select your last reply as accepted solution if you want to close the post.
