I am getting several emails from customers stating that they are having problems installing my app from appworld. They say that it doesnt install and then shows as un installed on their device and they can't download it again.
I seem to be getting a few of these and have no idea what to say to them except to contact BlackBerry.
Does anyone else have this with their apps?

Does anyone have an email address to use in this case for support from RIM? Their developer support system doesnt seem to cater for questions to do with the appworld.
