I have the same issue. I wiped to fix Flash issues, now Android apps do not even open a Window, just flash their icons. 

 

Native mail app doesn't have portrait mode either.

Crackberry folks suggested to others to sign up for the beta again. Worked even though it was already reporting itself as the beta... Native mail is portrait, Android loads and flash works. Cool.
