I installed BlackBerry® MDS Simulator 4.1.2 and opened Blackberry simulator 9300. Once the simulator is opened i run the ESS and MDS file after changing all the details mentioned below. Still I'm not able to access my emails.
#Email.mode = none
#Email.mode = connect
#Common settings for both standalone and connect mode
Email.personal = Test User
Email.address = firstname.lastname@example.org
#Connect mode settings
Email.pop3Server = popServer
Email.smtpServer = smtpServer
Email.smtpPort = 25
Email.pop3Port = 110
Email.userId = popUser
Email.password = popPassword
Note: We use exchange server not POP3 server to access our mails. So let me know what need to be filled in connect mode settings.
Can you please provide any simulation about how to update the above information.

You cannot use the ESS and MDS-CS Simulator simultaneously. Choose to run one or the other when testing email flow. If you try to run both they'll clobber one another and fail. Only POP3 and SMTP is supported for remote mail servers. Exchanged can be configured to allow POP3 and SMTP access.
The alternative is to use standalone mode, allowing ESS or MDS-CS Simulator to act as the mail server (point an email application to localhost for POP3 and SMTP servers).

The configuration you have above is already setup for stand alone mode. The following link explains how to configure your mail client to use this for the ESS. The steps are the same when using the MDS-CS Simulator.
