Manually Creating Debug Token Failed

I want to create debug token to deploy my app on z10 device. I' ve tried it manually because of creating debug token in QNX Momentics Ide (10.2 with Native SDK) fails (Error creating debug token) .

On command prompt;

*.csk extension file has been created,

blackberry-signer -csksetup -cskpass 123456

*.csj extension files has been registered,

blackberry-signer -register -csjpin 24e17ee0 -cskpass 123456 client-RDK-2149673.csj
blackberry-signer -register -csjpin 24e17ee0 -cskpass 123456 client-PBDT-2149673.csj

*.p12 extension file has been created

blackberry-keytool -genkeypair -keystore author.p12 -storepass 12345678 -dname "cn=X Company" -alias author

After these operations i' ve executed the command below. Debug token could not be created although there' s no error message.

blackberry-debugtokenrequest -cskpass 123456 -keystore author.p12
 -storepass 12345678 -deviceId 0x24e17ee0 debugToken.bar

 Thanks in advance,

Re: Manually Creating Debug Token Failed

Are you using the command line tools from the 10.2 Native SDK?  What response do you get after executing the blackberry-debugtokenrequest command?  If it completes with no output, run the command again but add the -verbose parameter and post the results (trim out the binary data).

Re: Manually Creating Debug Token Failed

I didn' t understand what does 'command line tools from the 10.2 Native SDK' means, sorry.

Yes, 'blackberry-debugtokenrequest' command completes with no output.

Upon your advice i executed the command below:

blackberry-debugtokenrequest -verbose -cskpass 123456 -keystore author.p12
 -storepass 12345678 -deviceId 0x24e17ee0 debugToken.bar

Then i get the following response :

Developer Certificate TBS =
...

Developer Certificate TBS Digest =
...
Developer Certificate TBS Encoded Digest =
...

If there' s no error, where was *.bar file created?

Thanks in advance

Re: Manually Creating Debug Token Failed

I think Mark was asking if perhaps you had installed earlier SDK's and perhaps your path was running the tools from those, just something to check.

Re: Manually Creating Debug Token Failed

That's fine then it's just that the modern way of linking your account to a token wasn't in the earlier tools.

[ Edited ]

What local are you using on your computer?  It sounds like you are having this issue:

Signing or Creating a Debug Token Silently Fails

You can try the suggested workaround for 10.2, or upgrade to 10.3, which has this fix.
