My Dev Alpha A is legitimately dead

Long story short, I left it to charge overnight and in the morning it refused to turn on.  No lights of any colour, nothing.


Plugging it into the computer does nothing.  Tried a different charger, nothing.  Nothing I do makes it work.  Do I have any recourse at all to get it fixed?
