Problem with connection to my Z10

Hello there,

I am new here and I am unsure where to post this inquiry. I have a problem to connect from my computer to my Z10. I can neither connect via Eclipse nor can I connect using Blackbery Link. The error message says "connection refused" or "access denied". However I can ping my Z10 from my computer - no problem there.

Any ideas where I could look for a solution?

BTW, I have this problem only on my computer at work. I tried to install the tools also at home and had no problems to install them and I could also install the debug token on my phone.

But still, at work it does not work at all.

Re: Problem with connection to my Z10

Does your work PC have any firewall software installed that could be blocking the connection?  Have you tried connecting from the BlackBerry Native SDK using both USB and WiFi?
