Several Problems with Testing and submitting apps

Okay so my confusion comes in two parts

1. Releasing an app on both Playbook and BB10

I have an app I've created in AIR that, without modification, can run on Playbook and BB10 as long as I compile two different versions on the two SDK's

When creating the final .bar files I can't sign both of them

I can sign 1 of them but when trying to sign the other it throws an error over how it's already signed this application.

They are in fact the same application but just compiled with different sdk's so that they will run.

How are you supposed to have a single store listing that will have both BB10 and Playbook versions?

2. qt application rejected for "not launching"

I ported a qt application over to bb10 using the qtcompiler in the native sdk. It was compiled and signed with the gold release of the native sdk and it runs in the latest simulator.

The app was however rejected for 'not successfully launching'

...

But it works...

To the only tools available to me it works...

How can I possibly fix this problem if I can't reproduce it?

If anyone can help me that would be great, this has been killing me

Re: Several Problems with Testing and submitting apps

For #1, right now you'd need to change the version number between the two applications.  In the near future we'll be removing this signing restriction.

For #2 I recommend requesting more details from the testing team.  You can reply to their message to ask which version they were testing on.  We have simulators available for a few different versions of BlackBerry 10 now.
