Signature Tool Stops responding in Windows 7

I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 7 and I am tying to package and sign my (webworks build)app using ripple. When the signature tool comes up I get the following error,

 

Code file does not contain a signature from this SignerID. Please request a signature

 

To add to this th signature tool stops responding and I have to force exit using the task manager. I tried to download the JDE SDK 7.1. for blackberry as a KB article recommended but the archive file is corrupted.

Ok just to note that the 2.3.0 version of the Webworks SDK's Signature Tool doesn;t work...find a previous version and copy over the Signature tool

Apparantly this issue has not been solved and the problem still exists

Apparantly the workaround is to use PhoneGap Build :-S SMH!

Hopefuly this may help , the fire wall blocking it causes the program not not to respond , i open all ports in and out to debug and it works fine...
