I ordered since 4 Jan 2011
When I filled " "BlackBerry Code Signing Keys Order Form"" in I didn´t get any feedback from the web but my debit card was charged and we don´t know if they have received it.
We tried to contact to Blackberry support using firstname.lastname@example.org but 5 Days passed got only auto-response mail.
My incident number is INC000022235251.
I really need it to test on my BB. Could you help me solve this issue ??

I sent them for 3 times but got only auto respond e-mail. Today I reorder siging key but it fail and they charge my debit card for 2 times!!! I lost my money $40+$20(First time order) with nothing.
