hihi you.........

When I am trying to update some of my application details, I am getting an error : "Unable to update application. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please let us know with a post in the developer forums." Anyone else getting this problem? Anything I can do to resolve, or is this something that FB need to sort?

I have been able to reproduce the issue from Kritzli and am looking to see if there is a work around.

 

Here-hont:  I'm not away of any error message in RIM software that directs people to the developer forums.  Can you post a screenshot of the error?

Here is a work around for upgrading a third party application using the current release of BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac.

 

-    Use Desktop Manager to uninstall the old version of the app from the device

-    Quit Desktop Manager

-    Rename the directory: ~/Library/Application Support/BlackBerryDesktop

-    Relaunch Desktop Manager  (DM should have no record/reference to the old application)

-    Attempt to install the new version of the application

Hi, i downloaded the new desktop manager 6.0. trying to update applications. they are in the app summary. when i try to click apply it does nothing. i uninstalled then reinstalled the desktop manager again. same thing. i do not have email account that uses a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server. how can i get this to work? thanks.
