bb 10 dev alpha a does not show os

today when i turned on my bb10 alpha a device it only shows the symbol to connect to the computer. its already connected and the desktop manager is launched. 


on pressing the power but for few seconds the desktop softwares ask to retry or update and in clicking the update it ask to repair. when trying to repair systems shows progress sign for few minutes and then show a big error dialog as "There was an error updating your software"


A connection to the device could not be esatblished. Please ensure that the device is properly connected. Also ensure that device has completed statrup operations"


Please advise and my devlopment is at halt

Try to repair using the autoloader file found here:  https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalphas/update
