error when registring code signing keys

I have a problem when registering my tablet OS code signing keys, I keep getting this error:

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version number in .class file
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)
at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)

at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(Unknown Source)
Exception in thread "main"

I get this error when registering through the command line and the "BlackBerry Tablet OS Graphical Aid"

I was hoping someone could solve this problem ASAP because I hoped to get my app submitted in time for the free Playbook offer, maybe it is because I have the SDK installed on an external HDD, I'll try to install it again on a local disk.

Is it possible to register these keys using the Ripple emulator?

Re: error when registring code signing keys

Please also ensure you are using 32-bit Java SDK (and not 64-bit).

Did installing the SDK on a local drive resolve this problem for you?

Finally - no Ripple does not have a feature to register new code signing keys.  It does have a way to use the keys once they have been installed.

Re: error when registring code signing keys

Installing on a local drive didn't fix the problem, installing it on another pc did.

Registring was succesfull but every time i wanted to sign the software was unable to find keys, I searched my pc and I discovered that the keys were installed in the wrong directory. I copied the files to the normal folder and everything worked fine.

thanks for your help!
