I have an app which i packaged in ripple emulator.i have 2 folders namely STANDARD INSTALL and OTA-INSTALL.Now my target is only a particular organisation.Only that employees belonging to that organisation must be able to install my app. So can u please guide me through the steps involved to publish my app ????
NOTE: I m jus a beginner in Blackberry webworks.So pls guide through the steps involved...

If you want ONLY the employees to havethe app then deploy the OTA (Over The Air) Install on your server. If you publish on the App world everyone will have access to it!

Which server do u precisely mean ?? IIS server or .......??? any external server available for blackberry ??

It can be on the company web server or a dedicataed web server where the employees can login e.g www.yourcompany.com/blackberry for the employees to directly access the app.

Thanks a lot for the response regarding the publishing of my app...Now i have got an hold of it..
I also have another problem regarding my app... U have insisted me to use the OTA-INSTALL folder contents to be used by my end users to install the app. But my OTA-INSTALL folder has several number of .cod files...can u please help me in solving which file should be exposed to the endusers to install th app ?????

I tried to paste my screenshot but couldnt do it buddy... It asks for d image source nd i gave the location of the image on my desktop..but it says dat der is an error in the HTML..Seems u have to help me on this too buddy..
Actually I have a big list of .cod files and a single .jad file...

Ok the .jad file is used for OTA installation as it contains the details to which .cod file to load! so point your users to the .jad file

I actually have my OTA-Install folder in my desktop..I sent the .jad file to my email id...Now I am testing it through a Blackberry 9930 simulator..Now i go to the browser in my simulator and go to my email and download the .jad file ...when i try to click the .jad file and install it ,,,,, it throws a Null pointer exception !!!!
