When I enable enable the web inspector in 1.0.8 PB (a bit of a trick in itself), my WebWorks app crashes on startup. Is there a known workaround to allow at least console log viewing? Turning off web inspector allows the app to run but then debugging is harder.

I've also noticed this seems to work much of the time. I think there is still some underlying wierdness around enabling it and application restarts. Finally gave in and embedded my own log viewer to avoid this bug.

What do you mean by "enabling web inspector". For webworks apps all you need to do is compile wth "-d" and it should be done automatically. If you're referring to the browser then you can get a port conflict because on the PB unlike the phone WebWorks and Browser shared the 1337 port.

Interesting. My misunderstanding. At some point I found I had to turn on web inspector in the browser for it to work in the app. I just tried now (-d was always set) and it seems to work without it.
