Hi, I have a site that does a 302 redirect (eg, if the user hits example.com, it redirects to m.example.com). On 3 blackberrys I tried, it works fine. On another, it displays a status page saying "302 Found. The document has been moved here". The user has to click the link "here" to continue. I'm not sure why this blackberry is doing it and the others aren't, the only difference I could find was that it was using AT&T's Media Net browser. But it also doesn't use the regular Internet Browser even after I change it in the settings.
I've searched these forums, can't find any clues...help?

What BlackBerry Smartphone model and BlackBerry handheld software version are you testing on? You can find this under Options, About on the BlackBerry Smartphone.
It sounds like the user is using the carrier's WAP browser, which is not supporting the redirection. This should work if they use the BlackBerry Browser or Internet Browser. You can change the default browser under Options, (Advanced Options), Browser. Note that bookmarks can specify the browser to use, so changing this setting may not impact a bookmarked link.
